If you are passionate about pets, love challenges, and thrive on innovation, you already have many reasons to join us! **Responsibilities and Duties:** Manage relationships with network specialists (specialists, surgeons, and anesthesiologists); Ensure institutional training for specialists (systems, workflows, and guidelines); Organize and monitor appointment time slot supply and demand; Handle resolution of critical cases and sensitive situations; Lead specialist hiring, onboarding, and follow-up processes; Support project development and expansion by specialty, in partnership with medical leaders and internal departments. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine**;** Clear, empathetic, and institutional communication skills; Organization, systemic thinking, and strong priority management; Relationship-building, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities; Autonomy and proactivity in dynamic environments; Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across different departments; Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach. Preferred\*: Familiarity with data, Excel, and dashboards. **Additional Information:** Compensation: BRL 5,000.00 \+ Meal Voucher \+ Health Insurance; Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (hybrid, 1 day remote); Location: São Paulo.
