If you identify with who we are \#***JoinSolar \#PassionThatTransforms \#ThirstThatDrives*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day\-to\-Day Will Include:** * Managing and evolving a high\-volume control database, ensuring organization, reliability, and operational efficiency; * Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing automations (Excel, Power Platform, or similar tools) to increase productivity and reduce errors; * Leading system parametrization (SAP and other systems) in collaboration with responsible technical teams; * Acting as the focal point for system configuration during new unit implementations; * Developing and managing detailed implementation activity schedules (cutover); * Monitoring activity execution to ensure adherence to deadlines and delivery quality; * Reporting implementation progress, activity status, and key risks to coordination/management; * Anticipating, mapping, and communicating operational or scheduling risks, proposing mitigation plans; * Supporting process standardization and documentation; * Conducting occasional on\-site visits to monitor implementations. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need to Have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or related fields; * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; * Technical knowledge of SAP systems; * Willingness to travel occasionally. #### **It’s a Plus If You Have:** * Postgraduate degree or certification in Project Management (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc.); * Experience in process automation (Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, VBA, RPA); * Familiarity with digital transformation and continuous improvement concepts (Lean, Six Sigma); * Knowledge of AI applied to process automation (e.g., Copilot usage, simple predictive models). **Working Hours:** 8:30 AM to 6:18 PM, Monday through Friday **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** To care for your health and safety: * Health insurance with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental plan; * Emotional Wellbeing Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
