If you love transforming data into clear insights and ensuring recruitment processes run flawlessly, this role is for you! **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** Support end-to-end recruitment processes in partnership with team leadership and department managers. Serve as the central point of contact for scheduling, timelines, and deadlines—ensuring smooth recruitment workflows for candidates and managers. Design and maintain up-to-date recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate funnel, top-performing sourcing channels). Support the creation of simple reports and dashboards to provide visibility into recruitment process progress. Assist in aligning candidate profiles with leadership expectations, bringing market data and insights to support decision-making. Conduct assessment panels and interviews with candidates. Identify opportunities to improve our workflows and help implement practical solutions. Contribute to DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) committee initiatives, helping ensure our processes are fair and data-driven. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You (Requirements):** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; Prior experience in consulting firms or dynamic environments; Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is desirable; Experience building dashboards; Experience in Talent Attraction and Recruitment, covering all stages of the process; Naturally organized, with excellent planning and time-management skills; Enjoy working with numbers and possess familiarity with R\&S metrics; Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with managers and candidates; Proactive mindset, solution-oriented, with a critical eye for improving processes. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** CLT employment contract; Ifood meal benefits; Health: National health insurance (Bradesco Saúde) with no co-payment; Wellhub and Totalpass; Training subsidy (courses or certifications); Flexible working hours; 40 days of annual vacation; Structured performance evaluation cycles with bonus payments; Autonomy; Excellent organizational climate, with outstanding colleagues who love teamwork; Maternity Leave: 6 months + 2 months remote work / Extended Paternity Leave: 30 days + 2 months remote work.
