You will work at a growing technology company, with challenging projects and direct interaction with business areas and the development team. Your role will be to ensure that requirements are well understood, documented, and prioritized, contributing to high-quality, strategy-aligned deliveries.
* Elicit and document business and system requirements.
* Conduct interviews and meetings with end-user departments and stakeholders.
* Map current processes and propose improvements.
* Specify use cases, user stories, and business rules.
* Support the development team in understanding requirements.
* Validate deliveries with users, ensuring adherence.
* Maintain documentation up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Prior experience (internship or junior level) in requirements analysis or related fields.
* Knowledge of eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
* Familiarity with process modeling (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and focus on deadlines.
* Availability for full-time PJ (individual contractor) engagement.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
* Experience in software or digital product projects.
* Familiarity with demand management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar).
* Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis to support requirement validation.
* Certifications or courses in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, or Digital Product Management.
