Your role will be to ensure that requirements are well understood, documented, and prioritized, contributing to high-quality, strategy-aligned deliveries. * Elicit and document business and system requirements. * Conduct interviews and meetings with end-user departments and stakeholders. * Map current processes and propose improvements. * Specify use cases, user stories, and business rules. * Support the development team in understanding requirements. * Validate deliveries with users, ensuring adherence. * Maintain documentation up to date throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience (internship or junior level) in requirements analysis or related fields. * Knowledge of eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements. * Familiarity with process modeling (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and focus on deadlines. * Availability for full-time PJ (individual contractor) engagement. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience in software or digital product projects. * Familiarity with demand management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar). * Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis to support requirement validation. * Certifications or courses in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, or Digital Product Management.
