Pre-Project Planning: ✓ Collaborate with business teams and regional/global towers to define project scope, objectives, and requirements; ✓ Work with stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and ensure alignment with business goals; ✓ Ensure communication between project/technology technical teams and business leaders during bi-weekly sessions. Risk Mitigation: ✓ Identify, anticipate, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies. Documentation and Compliance: ✓ Create and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with regional, global, and business unit methodology standards; ✓ Support audits to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Regional and Global Integration: ✓ Collaborate with regional and global Digital Services teams to integrate their expertise and resources into project planning; ✓ Ensure project outcomes align with the organization’s regional and global strategies.
