The professional will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling maintenance activities, managing service providers (third parties), and directly handling service requests, ensuring SLA compliance and operational continuity. This is a strategic role supporting coordination in daily team and third-party management, with strong interaction with supervisors, technicians, and suppliers. The position is also open to technically skilled candidates ready for their next career step, with internal development potential. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Plan and schedule preventive maintenance, ensuring adherence to the calendar and optimal resource utilization. * Independently identify issues using technical autonomy, determine required resources, and direct workforce without needing supervisor approval for each decision. * Support execution of construction projects and initiatives alongside the Projects Specialist, monitoring schedules and deliverables. * Support control of corrective service requests volume (operational benchmark: ~3.3 requests per technician/day). * Manage service providers (third parties), from contracting through execution oversight and quality assurance. * Request, analyze, and validate budgets based on market reference values, ensuring optimal cost-benefit for operations. * Track invoices and costs per equipment/service, supporting Finance and Coordination in decision-making. **What ingredients are we looking for?** * Prior experience in maintenance (corrective and/or preventive), with hands-on field experience. * Technical autonomy to identify problems, define required resources, and direct workforce. * Experience in retail environments (stores, distribution centers, or multi-site operations). * Experience managing service requests and meeting SLAs. * Knowledge of third-party management and budget analysis. * Strong communication and ability to coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and suppliers. * Willingness to work onsite in São Paulo. **Work Location** R.
