Organize project routines and governance About the Position You will support and execute initiatives from our DHO portfolio, primarily focusing on people-related processes, metrics, and structured deliverables for operations and office functions ✅ Key Responsibilities * Support the implementation of Performance Evaluations (cycles, forms, announcements, tracking, and adoption) * Support Climate Surveys/Pulse Checks (distribution, analysis, data consolidation, and action plans) * Support Leadership Development initiatives (organizing learning paths, cohorts, attendance, and materials) * Contribute to the Succession Program (tracking, reporting, scheduling, and follow-up) * Build and update dashboards and reports (Excel/Sheets, presentations, and metrics) * Organize project routines and governance (checklists, status updates, deadlines, and follow-up) Requirements: * Completed or ongoing degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or related fields * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and basic formulas are a plus) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Curiosity and eagerness to learn about DHO processes and business/operational functions
