Monitor operational cargo movements to ensure end-to-end visibility, on-time delivery, and operational support—contributing to operational efficiency and continuous process improvement. Track KPIs, interface with branches and partners, and proactively identify and resolve deviations, ensuring service quality for customers and drivers.
