Description
Monitor operational cargo movements to ensure end-to-end visibility, on-time delivery, and operational support—contributing to operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.
Track KPIs, interface with branches and partners, and proactively identify and resolve deviations, ensuring service quality for customers and drivers.
Contribute to the evolution of the Control Tower through operational discipline and a results-oriented mindset.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitor cargo status in real time and act preventively against deviations
* Interface with carriers, operations teams, and internal departments
* Record incidents and resolutions in systems (e.g., TMS, spreadsheets, internal controls)
* Ensure timely updates of trackers and operational KPIs
* Support prioritization of resolutions based on criticality
* Monitor SLAs for response and service delivery
* Identify recurring failures and support the development of action plans
* Assist in consolidating data for operational reports
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Competencies:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields (preferred)
* Basic Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are a plus)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Intermediate Office suite proficiency
* Willingness to work onsite in Barueri\-SP
* Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or operational support is preferred
