Job Summary: A technical support professional responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues, installing and configuring systems, monitoring networks, and ensuring information security. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and networks 2. Microsoft system administration, monitoring, and information security 3. Participation in IT projects and support for IT asset management **Responsibilities** * Receive and log technical service requests related to hardware, software, networks, corporate systems, video conferencing, and mobile telephony; * Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely to support PCs, the Microsoft environment, Microsoft Office applications, basic network and Wi-Fi configurations; * Create or disable groups, users, and contacts in Active Directory (AD) — Microsoft environment server. * Install, configure, and update equipment, corporate systems, and software according to company standards. * Monitor system and network performance, identify failures, and propose solutions. * Document technical procedures and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base. * Support IT asset management (equipment inventory, licenses, etc.). * Ensure compliance with information security policies. * Participate in system and infrastructure implementation or upgrade projects. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions. * Monitor company systems such as antivirus, patches, etc. * Generate reports on performed activities. * Record payment accounts and invoices in our system (for subsequent manager approval). **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience of 1–2 years in technical support. * Completed technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, Microsoft Office suite, and remote access tools. * Intermediate to advanced English for support \- conversation Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Languages:* English (Advanced) * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Wellhub * Christmas bonus
