Serve as a bridge between clients and development teams An Information Technology company is seeking an Implementation Analyst in Cascavel (Center). Evon is a technology company that develops solutions and adapts security protocols to enable financial operations to occur in a mitigated and monitored manner. Its platform leverages resources that guarantee the application of business rules, deliver process agility, and contribute to reducing operational costs. **Responsibilities:** Work directly with our clients on adopting our enterprise management platform. This person will be responsible for understanding the client's process, identifying gaps and necessary adaptations, leading the technical implementation, and ensuring operations run optimally following best practices. Analyze and map the client's current credit process—from proposal submission through formalization. Identify similarities, gaps, and alignment points between the client's process and the platform's target workflow (to be). Plan and execute the implementation project, including schedule, milestones, and success criteria. Provide technical support during and immediately after implementation, ensuring operational stability. Document the implemented process and train the client's team on the platform. Serve as a bridge between the client and internal development teams, reporting functional gaps and recurring technical issues. Previous experience as an Implementation Specialist, Project Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or Integration Analyst may indicate alignment with some activities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
