Job Summary: You will join the Engineering team within the Store Openings Squad, supporting the rollout of new stores by ensuring technical requirements are met and overseeing the entire process through to grand opening. Key Deliverables: * Prepare Capex budgets for new store rollouts and related projects. * Execute procurement of equipment and services per approved budget. * Issue purchase orders to vendors. * Update daily Capex expenditure vs. budget tracking. * Prepare weekly Capex monitoring and variance reports. * Register new stores with equipment and service vendors. * Monitor equipment manufacturing and delivery timelines aligned with construction schedule. Send weekly equipment delivery forecasts to vendors, synchronized with construction progress. * Contract, coordinate, and monitor freight logistics for equipment delivery to stores. Control payments, ensuring invoices and bank slips are submitted to Finance within established deadlines. * Manage construction contracts and vendor agreements, ensuring compliance with values, timelines, and scope. * Control and organize all documentation related to rollout construction projects. * Monitor deadlines and validity of permits required for store openings. Ensure documents, contracts, and permits are available and up-to-date for audits and operational approvals.
