Gather and analyze requirements from customers, understand their needs, and translate them into system functionalities. Develop functional and technical specifications for the development team. Oversee the entire software implementation lifecycle, from requirements definition through final delivery and initial support. Act as a facilitator in communication between technical and business teams. Configure products and business rules. Guide development and maintenance teams, ensuring that developments meet customer needs. Estimate effort for new developments and manage customer-driven prioritizations. Code analysis in PL/SQL and Java. **Requirements:** Experience in system development and maintenance; Understanding of system integration architecture and experience in system integrations, especially using REST APIs, messaging, and text files. Knowledge of requirements gathering, business analysis, and technical documentation. Experience in projects within the life insurance or private pension sector will be considered a significant advantage. Proficiency in PL/SQL and Java programming languages. Experience using tools such as Postman and SoapUI for API testing and integration. Ability to monitor and manage multiple concurrent deliveries.
