Job Summary: Proactive professional to analyze customer needs, develop functional and technical specifications, and oversee system implementation in the life insurance and private pension sector. Key Highlights: 1. Will act as the liaison point between business and technology areas. 2. Leads the full software implementation lifecycle, from requirements to delivery. 3. The professional will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, developing functional and technical specifications, and overseeing system implementation. Candidates must have a proactive profile, experience in life insurance and private pension, and the ability to serve as the liaison between business and technology teams. Gather and analyze requirements from customers, understand their needs, and translate them into system functionalities. Develop functional and technical specifications for the development team. Oversee the entire software implementation lifecycle, from requirements definition through final delivery and initial support. Act as a facilitator in communication between technical and business teams. Configure products and business rules. Guide development and maintenance teams, ensuring that developments meet customer needs. Estimate effort for new developments and manage customer-driven prioritizations. Code analysis in PL/SQL and Java. **Requirements:** Experience in system development and maintenance; Understanding of system integration architecture and experience in system integrations, especially using REST APIs, messaging, and text files. Knowledge of requirements gathering, business analysis, and technical documentation. Experience in projects within the life insurance or private pension sector will be considered a significant advantage. Proficiency in PL/SQL and Java programming languages. Experience using tools such as Postman and SoapUI for API testing and integration. Ability to monitor and manage multiple concurrent deliveries.
