Project management and process optimization . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the migration project, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and high-quality deliveries; * Act as a bridge between business areas and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication, continuous alignment, and clear understanding of requirements; * Consolidate information and produce executive reports, providing visibility to managers and directors and supporting decision-making; * Apply and maintain best practices in project management, ensuring organization, prioritization, and delivery efficiency; * Promote collaboration among all involved teams (e-commerce, BI, Data Lake, technology, and other stakeholders), ensuring squad integration; * Identify risks, anticipate blockers, and guide solutions, ensuring execution fluidity and pace; * Periodically report status to executive leadership, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and next steps. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience coordinating operational or project teams; * Experience structuring and optimizing processes; * Knowledge of KPI management and continuous improvement methodologies; * Experience with Microsoft Project, Agile methodologies, and Power BI; * Strong analytical ability, systemic vision, and results orientation; * Communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Experience in dynamic, data-driven environments is a plus.
