We are looking for a **Data Analyst** with solid experience in the **revenue cycle**, responsible for building metrics, identifying operational bottlenecks, and generating insights to support strategic business decisions. **Responsibilities:** * Develop financial and operational indicators to monitor the revenue cycle, ensuring visibility into process health and performance; * Analyze discrepancies and inconsistencies across systems, supporting data reconciliation and continuous process improvement; * Build executive dashboards for monitoring KPIs such as lead time, aging, and billing, with emphasis on clarity and actionability; * Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for financial optimization, proposing data-driven solutions; * Interface directly with clients and business units to understand problems, gather requirements, and generate actionable insights. **Requirements:** * Experience with the revenue cycle (O2C, billing, or similar); * Advanced SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis; * Power BI, data modeling, DAX, and development of executive reports; * Analytical reasoning focused on process diagnostics; * Ability to communicate effectively with business units and clients. **Preferred Qualifications:** * ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS); * Python or R for exploratory analysis; * Background in finance, accounting, or operations; * Prior involvement in process improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma).
