At Kuehne\+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine. ‎ The purpose of this role is to serve as the operational front line for the client’s integrated logistics planning and visibility activities (imports, exports, and domestic movements across all transport modes used by the client). **How you create impact** * Daily customer service and contact, including cargo monitoring and coordination with freight agents and other parties involved in the operation—even those not affiliated with KN; it is critical that these individuals remain strictly neutral, as they will interact with other client-contracted parties who are not KN; * Follow-up on orders with overseas suppliers; * Execution of shipments: spot quotations, shipping instructions, operational cost control, licensing execution, follow-up, customs clearance monitoring, delivery management, and risk analysis; * Ensuring compliance with established operational deadlines; * Guaranteeing agility and quality in shipment execution; * KPIs — Mapping service levels of stakeholders and actions with suppliers, agents, carriers, terminals, and transporters; * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of customs legislation and international trade terms; * Adhering to and respecting Occupational Health and Safety values, Quality and Environmental policies, as well as internal company regulations; * Performing other duties as required by departmental/branch needs or any new task reallocations; * Invoice submission; * LI registration; * DI verification; * GL receipt and opening in SALOG; * Shipment tracking: arrival, presence, and removal; * Directing the process to third-party data entry; * BL approval; * CE Mercante verification; * Post-registration — Updating the DI number in OSGT, ICMS generation and exemption, draft invoice preparation; * Uploading documents to the client’s network; * ICMS payment request; * Monitoring NF receipt in our internal system; * Monitoring documentation handover to the transporter; * Issuance of LI for used materials; * Process closure with the compilation; * Submission of invoicing together with the process compilation; * Preparation of project-specific invoicing spreadsheets per client. **What we would like you to bring** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, or related fields; * Experience in import customs clearance; * Knowledge of Import Declaration (DI) and shipment monitoring; * Intermediate English proficiency. **What's in it for you** At Kuehne\+Nagel, a career is more than you imagine—it is an opportunity to grow, contribute, and make an impact.
