Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Manager to prospect new business opportunities, develop commercial proposals, and manage client relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous improvement in sales and technology Role | Remote We are looking for a Business Manager to operate in the North and Northeast regions of Brazil, who wishes to join the Tarea team and contribute to our Commercial team. Responsibilities and Duties **Main Activities:*** Stay updated daily on newly opened public procurement processes by monitoring the Official Gazette of the Union and other information channels; * Track market news and trends to identify business opportunity windows; * Prospect new business opportunities as both Hunter and Farmer in both public and private sectors; * Develop commercial proposals for leads and clients; * Contact suppliers and other stakeholders involved in the business; * Nurture client relationships to maintain and expand business, as well as explore cross-selling and up-selling opportunities; * Represent Tarea at industry events and identify potential business development opportunities; * Complete sales and technology training courses and obtain relevant certifications to continuously enhance and update competencies and knowledge; * Use and maintain information related to sales opportunities and the status of each project; * Safeguard strategic, confidential, and sensitive organizational information received, produced, validated, or shared; * Participate in periodic meetings and alignment sessions within the department to promote information sharing among colleagues and partners; * Ensure proper care and maintenance of organizational assets and equipment under one's responsibility; * Perform any other duties necessary for the smooth operation of the department. Requirements and Qualifications * Basic knowledge of Technology; * Knowledge of Oracle solutions; * Advanced negotiation and high-value sales expertise; * Basic knowledge of CRM tools; * Advanced knowledge of public procurement processes; * Advanced proficiency in Portuguese (spoken and written). Desirable Requirements The following will be considered advantageous:* Intermediate English proficiency (spoken, reading, and writing); * Experience with Oracle, Denodo, Cloudera, Qlik, H2O.ai, or other technology vendors.
