If you seek an environment that encourages continuous learning, teamwork, and the development of solutions that truly make a difference, join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** Your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring IT process efficiency through best practices from COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001; * Aligning IT strategy with business objectives, ensuring compliance and governance; * Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to information security and IT service continuity; * Developing and managing business continuity and disaster recovery plans; * Ensuring compliance with legislation and standards such as LGPD, ISO 27001, and other regulatory requirements; * Conducting internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to IT and security policies; * Planning, coordinating, and executing projects using agile and traditional methodologies; * Creating and maintaining schedules, communication plans, and management reports; * Defining, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for evaluating IT services; * Proposing and implementing improvements in operational efficiency and data quality; * Ensuring effective integration among IT systems and platforms; * Developing and delivering training on governance, information security, and IT best practices **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, or related fields; **Domain Knowledge:** Analytical capability and strategic vision to improve processes and mitigate risks; Solid knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, and governance best practices; Experience in information security and compliance management is desirable; Proactive, detail-oriented profile with commitment to deadlines and high-quality deliverables. **Computer Skills:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Availability to work in Guaxupé \- MG **Additional Information** **Work Modality: 100% On-site** CLT employment contract. **What benefits do we offer?** Health insurance; Meal allowance; Chartered transportation; Pharmacy discount program; Life insurance; Scholarships for undergraduate, graduate, MBA, master’s, doctoral, and foreign language programs. **At our company, you’ll also enjoy:** PPR (Profit Sharing Program); **Exportadora de Café Guaxupé** is one of Brazil’s largest and most traditional coffee exporters, with over 50 years of history.
