Job Summary: The professional will dynamically perform requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation, facilitate communication among teams, and optimize processes using agile practices. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic involvement in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation. 2. Facilitation of communication between technical teams and business areas. 3. Use of agile practices and modeling tools (BPMN). ### **Main Responsibilities** * Dynamically perform requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation. * Actively participate in projects, facilitating communication between technical teams and business areas. * Use agile practices and modeling tools (e.g., **BPMN**) to optimize processes. * Contribute to team performance and delivery of project objectives. ### **Desired Technical Competencies** * Proficiency and accuracy in **documentation**. * Knowledge of **BPMN**. * Familiarity with **agile practices** (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). * Experience in the **healthcare** sector or in **health insurance** is a plus. * **Product Owner (PO) certification** is desirable.
