We are looking for a Business Analyst – Product Owner with experience connecting business area needs to technology teams, transforming requirements into solutions that deliver value to the product and its users. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Partner with business areas, technology teams, and other stakeholders. * Elicit, analyze, and detail business requirements and user needs. * Translate requirements into functional solutions and product guidance. * Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and other functional documentation. * Create, organize, prioritize, and track the product backlog. * Conduct interviews, meetings, and workshops with users and involved areas. * Identify pain points, improvement opportunities, and business needs. * Monitor solution development, ensuring alignment among business, technology, and other stakeholders. * Support demand prioritization by balancing needs, deadlines, and technical capacity. * Participate in agile ceremonies and track delivery progress. * Proactively identify and resolve issues. * Ensure developed solutions align with business objectives and deliver value to users. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in similar roles. * Experience engaging with business areas and aligning diverse stakeholders. * Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements. * Knowledge of authoring user stories and acceptance criteria. * Experience managing, refining, and prioritizing backlogs. * Experience conducting interviews, meetings, and workshops with users. * Experience monitoring technology projects or products. * Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. * Familiarity with management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Negotiation ability and priority management skills. * Collaborative, organized, resilient, and analytical mindset. * Ownership mindset, proactive attitude, and focus on value delivery. * Ability to make data-driven decisions based on business information and insights.
