Our work model at Unicred follows a hybrid format, with two days per week of in-person work at the institution's headquarters.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Conduct quality monitoring, supporting verification of quality requirements for processes monitored by the department;
* Identify and map opportunities, proposing improvements jointly with internal teams at the Central responsible for products/services.
* Support Central departments by listening to their inquiries and proactively delivering operational and tactical solutions.
* Support other Central teams in defining the scope of process improvement to be centralized, automated, or modified.
* Contribute to the design of new products/processes developed by other departments, ensuring related processes operate more agilely and efficiently.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Knowledge of BPMN notation and BPMS.
* Project, Planning, and Data-Driven approaches;
* Effective communication and business writing skills.
* Knowledge of agile frameworks and agile methodologies.
* Office 365\.
