We are looking for an analytical, organized professional with strong communication skills to work on process mapping, requirements gathering, functional documentation, and project facilitation support. The candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvements, developing clear documentation, and supporting business areas in organizing and standardizing workflows and business rules. * Experience with process mapping (BPMN); * Strong writing and functional documentation skills; * Knowledge of requirements gathering and continuous improvement; * Familiarity with tools such as Bizagi, Draw.io, Visio, Jira, or similar. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in projects, processes, or as a Product Owner (PO); * Knowledge of Power BI and Excel. **We seek someone with critical thinking, proactivity, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.**
