Support Analyst

Our commitment to responsible and sustainable development is a fundamental part of our DNA. **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage Active Directory (AD), including user and group creation, security policies, and permissions. * Administer and maintain the OTRS/Znuny ticketing platform, ensuring proper registration, tracking, and closure of tickets. * Manage the print server, including print queues, drivers, and print policies. * Provide support and maintenance for Zebra thermal printers, ensuring correct configuration and operation. * Provide support for the Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other applications. * Maintain the IP camera and Digifort surveillance system, including configuration. * Manage the MDM system to ensure control and security of corporate mobile devices. * Collaborate with other IT and operational departments to ensure integration among systems and processes. * Participate in technology improvement and innovation projects, proposing solutions that enhance infrastructure efficiency and security. * Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective and preventive actions. **Requirements and qualifications** * Proven experience in IT technical support within corporate environments. * Knowledge of Active Directory, user management, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and permissions. * Experience with ticketing platforms such as OTRS/Znuny. * Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and accurately. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a user-focused service orientation. **Additional information** **Here’s what you’ll find:** Life insurance; Pharmacy/convenience card; Meal allowance / attendance bonus; Chartered transportation; On-site cafeteria; PLR (Profit Sharing or Results-Based Bonus); Education assistance.
