**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Position: Cost Specialist (Senior)** If you are an analytical, strategic individual passionate about numbers, processes, and continuous improvement, this opportunity may be right for you! We are seeking a senior professional to work in the cost area, directly contributing to the company’s financial and operational performance. Calculate and analyze direct and indirect production costs; Update product and process structures in the ERP system; Analyze variances between standard and actual costs; Support selling price determination; Coordinate inventories and monitor losses and scrap; Prepare managerial cost reports; Support departments such as controllership, production, and sales; Contribute to improvements in costing methods and internal processes. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Salary: BRL 5,000 to 7,000 – CLT **Requirements:** **Solid experience in industrial cost management;** **Advanced knowledge of costing methods;** **Experience with inventory control and management;** **Ability to interpret accounting and tax reports;** **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;** **Analytical, organized profile with strategic vision;** **Senior-level experience in this role.** **Benefits:** Internal benefits
