Rondonópolis Brazil Operations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, and Utilities **Job Description \- External Recruitment** **MISSION** *Weigh all products and goods, covering all incoming and outgoing shipments, to support the issuance of outgoing invoices and verify whether the weight charged by suppliers is accurate, as well as confirm that incoming documents are issued to ADM.* **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Follow procedures and begin hands-on training to issue outgoing invoices for soybean meal, soybean oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, canola oil, residues, soybean hulls, biodiesel, fertilizers, agrochemicals, cotton, fixed assets, vehicles, scrap, and various materials according to sales orders and invoice issuance requests; * Weigh vehicles transporting soybean meal, soybeans, soybean oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, canola oil, residues, soybean hulls, biodiesel, wood chips, and factory inputs, in compliance with the Company\'s established weighing standards, to determine the weights of received and dispatched loads; * Verify that fiscal documents are addressed to ADM and list the correct product; * Organize files of documents generated by the scale, following the Company\'s established procedure; * Calibrate scales and submit the scale calibration control spreadsheet to relevant departments; * Monitor inventory levels of scale test weights; * Issue debit notes against third-party companies; * Process RC / OC (Requisition/Order Confirmation) in the system for purchasing various materials and services for the department; * Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility regarding working hours.**REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Flexibility regarding working hours;; * Basic knowledge of billing and fiscal invoices (mandatory).
