




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for overseeing the entire customer journey, implementing relationship-building initiatives, and acting as a liaison between CIGAM and the customer to ensure satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and internal coordination to ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Promotion of relationship-building and customer loyalty among portfolio clients. 3. Support in developing reference customers and mediating conflicts. In this role, the professional will oversee the customer’s entire journey with CIGAM! They will implement relationship-building initiatives, serving as a representative/mediator between CIGAM and the customer.
