Ensuring quality and safety standards **Position: Production Leader** **Location:** Chácara Real (Caucaia do Alto) \- Cotia SP **Employment Type:** CLT (permanent contract) **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Production Management, Engineering, or related fields * Technical vocational training in industrial areas will be considered a plus * Proven experience in this role * Experience in civil construction or precast concrete segments is desirable * Experience leading production teams * Knowledge of industrial routines and production processes **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and guide the production team, ensuring target achievement * Monitor employee performance and promote continuous improvements * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards * Control production processes, deadlines, and productivity * Perform production reporting and managerial reports * Organize the department and optimize processes **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 4\.000,00 * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Pharmacy benefit plan * Dental care plan * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) Minimum Education Level: Technical Vocational Training
