Main Responsibilities: Support the development and updating of physical\-financial schedulesMonitor performance indicators (KPIs) for construction projects and operationsAssist in controlling project scope, schedule, and costsConsolidate data and generate management reports for decision-makingSupport the structuring of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)Organize and maintain up-to-date planning documentation Required Qualifications: Currently enrolled in Production Engineering, Management Processes Technology, Industrial Management, or related fields (from the 3rd semester onward)Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profileStrong communication skills and ability to work in a teamWillingness to work on-site Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with MS Project or similar toolsBasic knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI/PMBOK)Experience or knowledge in the industrial sector Notes: Dynamic environment with direct exposure to real construction projects and operationsOpportunity for hands-on learning in large-scale projectsPossibility of full-time employment upon completion of the internship Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 6 months Compensation: R$999.00 \- R$1\.000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
