Focus on continuous improvement, Lean, safety, quality, and productivity **Production Coordinator \- Panambi Unit** We are seeking a candidate to serve as **Production Coordinator**, leading one of our Industrial Area teams. At **Kepler Weber**, this position plays an essential role in driving operational results, directly impacting performance, team engagement, and team development. More than ensuring execution, we seek someone who leads by example, strengthens the culture of continuous improvement, and drives the evolution of people and processes—focusing on safety, quality, and productivity. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the team, promoting engagement and development through hands-on experience and dissemination of KW Values; * Manage production within assigned areas, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety in processes; * Manage budgeting and KPIs; contribute to and deploy the area's Strategic Plan; * Implement innovations following the Lean methodology and philosophy. **Requirements and Competencies:** * Completed Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering or related field); * Ongoing postgraduate studies; experience in people management; * Knowledge of industrial processes; * Familiarity with Lean philosophy and Quality tools; * Willingness to work in Panambi.
