Job Summary: Professional to operate bagging machines, perform routine inspections, maintain area cleanliness, and ensure product quality and operational control. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of bagging machines and handling of finished products 2. Focus on productivity and reduction of damage-related losses 3. Maintenance of quality, safety, and area organization (5S) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Bag finished products into sacks and Big Bags; * Supply bagging machines with required packaging materials during bagging operations; * Perform routine inspections: metal detectors, sieves, magnetic grates, scales; * Implement 5S, housekeeping, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the area; * Clean bagging machines; * Collect batch release samples and deliver them to QC; * Complete all operational control records; * Perform controls under the Management System; * Operate bagging machines with focus on higher productivity and lower damage-related loss rate. **EXPERIENCE** * Professional experience in production areas is desirable; **QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of Operations Management Systems is desirable; * Knowledge of Quality, Safety, and 5S is desirable; * Availability to work rotating shifts.
