Job Summary: Professional to support the mapping and standardization of internal processes, develop operational procedures, and monitor performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Support the standardization and optimization of internal processes 2. Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) 3. Analyze data and prepare management reports **Responsibilities:** * Support the mapping and standardization of internal processes; * Develop and update operational procedures; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs); * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement; * Assist in data analysis and management reporting; * Provide support to operational areas in process optimization; * Participate in improvement projects (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.). **Requirements:** Technical or higher education degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Processes, or related fields; ERP system knowledge; Ability to read and interpret **technical drawings**; Knowledge of product structure (BOM) and manufacturing routings; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Must reside in Americana, Santa Bárbara d'Oeste, or Nova Odessa. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of **manufacturing processes**, such as: Cutting; Welding; Painting; Assembly.
