Job Summary: This role involves providing agile and effective support to clients and partners for the CIGAM ERP, ensuring satisfaction through problem-solving and system optimization. Creation of technical content and dissemination of best practices Serve clients and partners to clarify specific questions and to implement contingency measures or offer solutions for CIGAM ERP operations, ensuring their satisfaction through relationship management, agile and effective support, aligned with company-wide policies and overall planning.
