Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** * Management of cell processes: ØFinancial ØAccounting ØInternal Controls ØShared Services ØReceivables\-Billing* Synergy with CDV partner areas. * Ensure control over site legal documentation and licenses * Manage dashboard * Measure, monitor, and report PI (Performance Indicator) * Ensure SOX (CO) controls effectiveness * Audit / Regulatory inspection support * Team management * Budget management **Your Impact** Education * Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Accounting, or related field) * Preferred: Specialization / Postgraduate degree * Languages: Intermediate English Experience * Experience in administrative / finance functions, preferably within multinational consumer goods companies. * Ability to understand complex topics with a results-oriented mindset * Hands\-on approach * Willingness to travel occasionally * Experience managing medium-sized teams * End-to-end sales process knowledge * Solid understanding of tax matters * Strong business acumen Systems / Tools * Project management knowledge * Proficiency in Office 365 suite * SAP system expertise * Strong Excel skills * Risk Assessment Proficiency in Company P\&P.
