Updating controls, spreadsheets, dashboards, and professional indicators. Issuing production orders. Conducting daily tracking of planned versus actual output, monitoring production plan execution. Reporting deviations to the coordinator. Verifying material requirements and purchase orders together with the team and procurement. Performing follow-up with support areas to ensure productive progress. Supporting production monitoring, delivery, and inventory meetings. Preparing weekly operational performance reports. Reviewing production scheduling based on sales and inventory levels. Filling out the production board. Tabulating daily reports. Conducting monthly inventories of productive and intermediate stock. Daily monitoring of raw material consumption during production. Previous experience as Production Planning Coordinator, Production Specialist, Logistics Analyst, or Production Planner may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
