Focus on continuous process improvement Senior PCP Analyst Position Description: We are seeking a Senior PCP Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for planning and controlling production, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established deadlines. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and schedule production based on demand, production capacity, and resource availability. * Issue and monitor internal and external production orders, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. * Monitor production progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks in the production process. * Control inventory levels of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods. * Generate purchase requisitions for materials and supplies as needed. * Analyze material requirements for production. * Verify available inventory and calculate the appropriate quantity and timing for material replenishment. * Identify raw material shortages and generate purchase requisitions. * Develop and monitor production schedules. * Update production reports and controls in systems and spreadsheets. * Collaborate with procurement, logistics, quality, and commercial departments to ensure smooth production flow. * Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Prior experience in Production Planning and Control (PCP). * Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and material management. * Experience with ERP systems and intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Analytical ability and organizational skills. * Prior experience in PCP or production planning. * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. * Strong analytical ability, organization, and results orientation. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and planning * Proactivity * Analytical reasoning * Good communication and teamwork * Problem-solving ability
