Job Summary: A professional to implement and optimize the PCP/PDP department in an industrial environment, focusing on process structuring and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on continuous improvement and productivity enhancement **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in the PCP/PDP area within an industrial environment; * Experience in metallurgical, steel, or similar industries will be considered a plus; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Directly implement and organize the PCP/PDP department; structure processes, controls, KPIs, and production flows; plan and schedule production according to demand and manufacturing capacity; develop production control methods and operational monitoring; conduct productive capacity analysis and resource optimization; control raw materials, inputs, and production requirements; support management in strategic production-related decision-making; drive continuous improvement of industrial processes and productivity enhancement.
