RESPONSIBILITIES: * Production planning: develop schedules, define raw material requirements, and establish optimal deadlines; * Production process control: monitor stages, deadlines, and quality; * Inventory management: raw materials, packaging, and other supplies; * KPI analysis: monitor key performance indicators, calculate costs, and generate management reports; * Procurement support: create and track purchase requests to ensure timely material delivery; * Cross-departmental collaboration: sales, procurement, engineering, shop floor, and quality assurance.
