**Job Summary**
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling the production flow in the machining workshop, ensuring on-time delivery, machine optimization, and strict control of raw materials, consumables, and tools.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Schedule and sequence production orders for CNC lathes, conventional lathes, milling machines, and assembly lines.
* Analyze machine capacity and identify bottlenecks.
* Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and consumables.
* Reduce setup time between production batches.
* Communicate delivery forecasts and delays to the sales department.
**Mandatory Technical Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Management (or a Mechanical Technician qualification with relevant experience).
* Experience in machining and interpretation of technical drawings.
* Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Sênior, or similar).
**Desirable Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen.
* Experience in work measurement (time and motion studies).
Compensation: R$3\.500,00 per month
