




Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring material availability, developing materials plans, and serving as a liaison between departments to optimize inventory and production supply. Proactive inventory and supply management. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure availability of materials, components, and inputs required to meet the production plan; * Develop the materials plan considering ERP system parameters, demand forecasts, and existing orders; * Act as the liaison among PCP, Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and suppliers, ensuring inventory levels align with demand, lead time, and company inventory policies; * Daily review of inventory coverage and identification of stockout or overstock risks; * Monitor critical items and ensure supply according to production priorities; * Request purchase order creation and track progress until delivery; * Adjust planning parameters in the system (lead time, lot size, safety stock, replenishment policies); * Prepare reports on material availability, stockouts, and performance indicators; * Collaborate with Procurement and suppliers to ensure adherence to delivery schedules and volumes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Prior experience in PCP or industrial planning-related areas; * ERP system knowledge (SAP); * Knowledge of Production Planning and Control (PCP); * Knowledge of inventory and materials management.
