Job Summary: We are seeking a Tech Lead to provide technical leadership in development, promote architectural guidelines, manage technical debt, and ensure the quality of features and solutions. Supporting the PO in technical discovery and management of technical dependencies **We are looking for someone who dares to co-lead with us.** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Serve as the technical leader of the development team * Align with the Tribe's Technical Leader * Coordinate, together with the PO, team schedules and ceremonies * Promote architectural guidelines and technical solutions to the team * Record and manage technical debt * Implement best practices for unit testing, automated acceptance testing, and technical documentation * Support the creation and maintenance of the solution's technical architecture in collaboration with the architecture team * Ensure quality and performance of the solution's features * Assist in creating enablers to facilitate business deliveries * Maintain versioning of solutions across development, testing, and production environments * Ensure use of best practices in design and coding to build high-quality solutions * Coordinate the team in technical refinement and estimation of backlog items * Conduct technical onboarding for new team members * Approve, prepare, and oversee RDMS implementations * Organize and share technical documentation with the support team * Support the PO in technical discovery of solutions and management of technical dependencies across areas and tribes * Analyze system performance and implement solutions for performance bottlenecks * Conduct performance evaluations and monitoring **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Experience in digital channel development * Prior experience as a Tech Lead or Dev Lead, providing technical leadership to development teams * Experience with agile methodologies * Advanced experience with OutSystems * Experience with SharePoint * Experience with React and Node.js * Knowledge of DevOps * Strong organizational skills and strategic thinking * Ability to establish clear and objective communication **Additional Information:** * For your health, we offer **medical and dental assistance** with no copayment for exams and consultations. * Want more well-being?
