Job Summary: An After-Sales Intern will support the After-Sales department in analyzing metrics, controlling performance, and assisting operational and strategic routines, including monitoring the dealer network and suppliers. Develop reports and presentations Grupo Seres is seeking a professional to work as an **After-Sales Intern Brazil**, in partnership with Jaguar Land Rover Brasil. The position aims to support the After-Sales department in analyzing metrics, controlling performance, and assisting the directorate’s operational and strategic routines, directly contributing to monitoring the dealer network and suppliers. **Location and Work Schedule** ------------------- * Av. Industrial Alda Bernardes de Faria e Silva, 1555 – Itatiaia/RJ * On-site, with possibility of 1–2 remote workdays per week * 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (6 hours per day with a 1-hour break) **Responsibilities** -------------- * Development and monitoring of KPIs * Analysis of metrics and operational offenders * Monitoring of critical parts and back orders * Monitoring of inventory and parts delivery performance * Preparation of PowerPoint presentations * Development and validation of Excel spreadsheets and reports * Invoice and payment entries in SAP * Monitoring supplier performance * Support to the directorate and area analysts **Requirements** -------------- ### **Education** * Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Engineering (preferably Production Engineering) * Minimum of 4th semester completed ### **Technical Skills** * Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency * Advanced Excel usage, including frequent formula application and data analysis * PowerPoint presentation development * SAP knowledge preferred * Experience in metrics analysis preferred ### **Language** * Intermediate to advanced English * Primarily used for reading and writing **Behavioral Profile** ------------------------- * Strong communication skills * Analytical mindset * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams * Organized and detail-oriented * Customer-focused * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple concurrent tasks **Stipend and Benefits** ---------------------- Stipend: * R$ 1.685,12 (1st year) * R$ 2.106,40 (2nd year) Benefits: * Bradesco Health Insurance * Transportation Allowance: R$ 14/day * Meal Allowance: R$ 65/day * TotalPass * Vidalink Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance
