Job Summary: Responsible for managing inbound logistics processes—including receiving, warehousing, and supply of materials—ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative leadership and problem-solving #### **Responsibilities for this opportunity** * Ensure fiscal and physical receiving, warehousing, picking, and supply of materials to productive manufacturing, meeting Safety, Quality, Productivity, Fiscal, and corporate cost-target requirements; * Responsible for ensuring execution and management of the fiscal receiving process (Good Receipt); * Ensure appropriate material flow in compliance with corporate requirements—from receipt of materials through warehousing, picking, and supply to the production process. Must ensure proper allocation of resources (personnel, material handling equipment, and financial) to meet production demands and maintain a healthy supply inventory level; * Manage the unit’s fiscal receiving process; * Ensure management and monitoring of KPIs, as well as drive continuous improvement initiatives; * Ensure day-to-day logistics team operations comply with Safety, Quality, and corporate requirements; * Ensure management of material transfer processes between External Warehousing and the Jundiaí plant; * Targets and KPIs under this position’s responsibility: FPC (Financial Performance Contribution) of Cost Centers under logistics management; VALCO productivity projects (L12 and L13\); 5S Score; Positions in External Warehousing; Systemic vs. Physical Inventory Accuracy (by location); SUSA; Internal Occupancy Rate (%); Invoices with deviations or delays; Overdue Actions; Overdue/Expired Documents; * This position includes direct management of up to 20 operational employees and up to 12 administrative employees. #### **What makes you a strong candidate** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Technology; * 3–5 years of experience in Logistics and Materials Management; * 3–5 years of experience managing shop-floor teams; * 3–5 years of experience in people management and development; * 3–5 years of experience in budget management; * Experience leading problem-solving activities (e.g., A3, FTA, 5 Whys); * Experience managing projects and project portfolios; * Advanced English proficiency; * Proficiency in MS Office; advanced knowledge of MS Power BI and SAP system; * Lean Six Sigma certification – preferred; * Specialization in Logistics, Warehousing Management, or Supply Chain – preferred; * Knowledge of quality standards ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 (environmental), and ISO 50001 (energy management) – preferred; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels; * Competence in structuring data, documents, presentations, and managerial reports; * Problem-solving, negotiation, and influence capabilities; * Leadership-oriented and collaborative mindset. #### **Some benefits of joining Henkel** At Henkel, we come from diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
