Key responsibilities: * End-to-end monitoring of import and export processes together with customs brokers and service providers. * Ensure documentation, process flows, and production plans are received and fulfilled within established deadlines and correctly. * Comply with procedures for shipments from suppliers and customers. * Manage departmental information through the Ecomex system. * Review and record process-related costs charged by service providers prior to submission for approval. * Analyze costs with the aim of identifying savings projects within the department. * Monitor and propose improvements to departmental tracking reports and KPIs. * Support department leadership with KPI presentations and other results. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree completed. * Intermediate English; advanced is a plus. * Intermediate Spanish; advanced is a plus. * Experience with foreign trade legislation, logistics, and import/export processes. * Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, etc.); advanced is a plus. * Power BI knowledge is desirable. * Experience with PowerPoint presentations. * DUIMP process knowledge is desirable. * Experience with the Ecomex system or similar systems is desirable. * Logistics, warehouse, etc. domain knowledge is desirable.
