Control storage and handling of proteins We are seeking a **Lead Grill Cook** to lead grill operations, ensuring preparation quality, cut standardization, and compliance with company processes and standards. Requirements * Completed high school education (mandatory); * Proven experience as a Grill Cook, including team leadership experience; * Knowledge of meat cuts, cooking doneness levels, protein handling, and preservation; * Knowledge of inventory control, waste management, and good food handling practices; * Organization, leadership, and decision-making ability. Main Responsibilities * Lead the grill team, assign tasks, and monitor production; * Ensure standardization of meat cuts, cooking doneness levels, and dish presentation; * Control protein storage, handling, and yield; * Monitor inventory control, waste, and departmental replenishment; * Ensure compliance with technical specifications, operational standards, and good food handling practices.
