We are seeking a dynamic and committed professional to join our team as a PCP Analyst (Production Planning and Control). We are a manufacturing industry focused on producing chewable dietary supplements, dedicated to offering innovative, high-quality products that promote health and well-being. **Salary:** R$3\.500,00 \+ R$750,00 Flash card (meal and fuel allowance). **Responsibilities and Functions:** * Plan and control the production process, ensuring adherence to established deadlines and optimizing available resources. * Monitor production flow, track performance indicators, and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency. * Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory, supporting demand forecasting in coordination with the procurement and logistics departments. * Prepare production reports and performance indicators, providing accurate data for decision-making. * Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure process integration and final product quality. * Identify and resolve potential deviations in production planning and control, proactively preventing negative impacts. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Prior experience in production planning and control, preferably in the food or supplement industry. * Knowledge of ERP systems and production control tools. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Employment Type:** Full-time, CLT permanent position **Working Hours:** Business hours: 08:00\-17:48 Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Compensation: R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher Education: * Completed high school (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
