Performance Indicator Monitoring Job Description: * Plan, schedule, and control production (PCP); * Analyze and improve production processes to reduce costs and increase productivity; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs); * Develop production schedules and capacity control; * Support process standardization and technical documentation; * And other duties relevant to the role. Qualifications: * Experience in PCP and process analysis (experience in metallurgy is a plus); * Experience with ERP systems (Nomus or similar systems are a plus); * Knowledge of production control, time studies, and methods; Education: * Completed High School; * Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering; Work Location: North Zone / Rio de Janeiro Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: R$4,000.00 to R$4,500.00 Benefits: * Transportation Allowance; * On-site Meal; * Food Basket; * Group Life Insurance Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$4,000.00 - R$4,500.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
