Job Summary: This role involves developing and standardizing RDOs, analyzing efficiency indicators, managing integrated schedules, and optimizing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Management of integrated schedules **Candidate Profile:** * Education: Currently enrolled (from the 5th semester onward) or graduated in Production Engineering * Knowledge of production management and control tools * Advanced Excel skills preferred (dashboards, pivot tables, data analysis) * Systemic view of industrial processes * Proficiency in performance and productivity indicators **Desired Technical Competencies:** * Knowledge of project management methodologies * Familiarity with ERP and integrated management systems * Basic understanding of industrial costs * Basic knowledge of safety standards (NR\-12, NR\-13\) **Main Responsibilities:** * Development and standardization of RDOs focused on productivity * Photographic documentation with process analysis * Creation and management of integrated schedules * Analysis of efficiency and performance indicators * Cost monitoring and variance analysis * Development of consolidated managerial reports * Optimization of document flows and processes Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.114,00 \- R$2\.115,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
