




Job Summary: A professional responsible for quality monitoring, process control, analysis of non-conformities, and customer service, ensuring product integrity and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Customer support and service · Collect and assist in monitoring the temperature of cold rooms, products, storage tanks, and transport vehicles; · Generate, monitor, and submit temperature reports for transportation; · Monitor, complete, and analyze the customer feedback spreadsheet via phone and e\-mail, SAC, and customer interactions; · Supervise the activities of the area intern, when necessary; · Perform chlorine analysis and conduct daily good manufacturing practice (GMP) check\-lists; · Monitor and request technical pest control visits, when necessary; · Issue, generate, and report supplier non\-conformance notifications and manage related follow-ups, when necessary; · Support customer audits by providing documents and facility access, when necessary; · Assist in product label descriptions and submit them to management for approval; · Handle customer complaints and submit related documentation; · Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the production environment, including physical infrastructure, organization, cleanliness, lighting, use and maintenance of PPE, and report improvement proposals to management. · Complete and analyze pasteurization temperature logs, production deviations, and non-conformity records. · Daily quantitative monitoring of production lines (cups, bags, bottles, and drums); · Daily inspection and sampling of all produced batches (pasteurizer, filling lines, and surge tanks). · Initiate and monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) for deviations; · Monitor action plans, restructuring, and maintenance of industrial facilities; · Coordinate cleaning activities with production (completion of equipment/machine control check\-lists).
