**Responsibilities** * Provide customer support via phone, email, WhatsApp, and meetings to clarify questions regarding design projects and packaging services. * Serve as the primary contact point, facilitating communication and project *follow-up* between the organization and the client. * Record all interactions in the PIT (Internal Work Order) to ensure information security and reliability for projects. * Deliver customer service and perform other related professional duties inherent to the position, as directed and/or requested by the immediate supervisor. * Monitor all project tasks and, when necessary, adjust task management to ensure timely delivery. * Enter contractual terms and update records in the CRM/ERP system, ensuring information is available to other departments (Creative/Production). * Issue production orders and work orders in the system, tracking request status until final delivery to the client. * Monitor performance indicators and prepare managerial customer service reports. * Support post-sales service to collect customer satisfaction feedback and record any required support needs. * Build and qualify *lead* lists, identify key contacts, and gather information (social media, phone, and email) under the supervision of immediate management, acting as strategic support to the account team. * Assist in drafting and reviewing service proposals and quotations, strictly adhering to leadership guidelines. * Type proposal terms and organize required documentation for closing new business deals. * Conduct *follow-up* (follow-through) on negotiations with clients per received instructions to maintain active service flow. * Maintain organization and archiving of all processed and signed documentation, keeping the service history accessible. **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Experience in customer service at a marketing agency * Experience in administrative routines and customer service * Preferably reside in Campinas/SP.
