Description

Job Summary: An agile professional to optimize the value of the information security team's work, manage backlogs, and handle dependencies among squads. Key Highlights: 1. Facilitates discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution. Description: * Preferred: Experience in information security projects; * Excellent communication and active listening skills; * Optimism and servant leadership; * Flexibility and adaptability; * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; * Ability to drive continuous maturity evolution of teams across Journeys; * Ability to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improving efficiency and productivity; * Proficiency in metrics management, especially concerning product and project evolution; * Promote a continuous improvement mindset (PDCA) within Squads. * Bachelor's degree completed; * Solid understanding of agile theories, methods/frameworks, and metrics. Preferred Qualifications: * Advanced knowledge to perform SQL queries; * At least one of the following certifications: PSM/CSM, PSPO/CSPO, KMP, SAFe, PMI\-ACP, Management 3\.0, ICP\-ACC, or PACC; * Experience working on Hybrid Projects (agile and traditional models), in at least one of the following roles: Solution Design, Product Owner (PO), Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Agile Master (Scrum Master). * Participates in refinement, planning, review, and retrospective ceremonies; * Builds, refines, enhances, and maintains the user story backlog with support from the information security team; * Refines stories with support from the information security team; * Responsible for prioritizing stories before planning; * Presents prepared stories (Definition of Ready - DoR) during planning sessions to the squad; * Responsible for accepting completed stories (Done) during reviews or throughout the development cycle; * Primary source of information regarding backlog priorities; * Responsible for optimizing the value of work delivered by the information security team; * Ensures the backlog is visible, clear, and transparent to all; * Influences and supports the team (Squad) in organizing work; * Collaborates with the Agile Master (Scrum Master) to guide, manage projects/products, and resolve impediments affecting deliveries; * Supports the team with communications to ensure transparency, integration, and accessibility of information; * Acts as a facilitator for backlog prioritization, defines and monitors team KPIs; * Acts as a facilitator for sequencing activities, estimations, integrations with existing products/applications, and constraints to define development and implementation strategies; * Facilitates discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution; * Manages dependencies with other Squads and teams. 251218020255982117
