Senior Test Analyst

Job Summary: The professional will analyze requirements, design and execute manual and automated tests, identify and track bugs, validate functionalities, collaborate with agile teams, and suggest improvements. Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and testing tools **Responsibilities:** Analyze system requirements and functional specifications. Develop test plans, scenarios, and test cases. Execute manual tests (functional, regression, integration, and usability). Support and perform automated tests when required. Identify, log, and track bugs until resolution. Validate new features and system enhancements. Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and the Product Owner. Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, review, and retrospective). Document test evidence and generate test reports. Suggest improvements to quality assurance and testing processes. **Requirements:** Technical, technological, or undergraduate degree in Technology (completed or in progress); Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); Prior experience in software testing/quality assurance; Familiarity with tools: Git, Postman, and SOAP. **Knowledge/Preferences:** Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas such as IF, among others). Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
